Girls soccer off to districts after senior night Davis defeat

The Wenatchee High School girls soccer team beat the Davis Pirates 2-1 on Oct. 29. This brings the Panther’s record to 8 wins and 2 loses for the season. The only two goals were scored by junior Katie Michkiosky. The District qualifying match will be held at the Apple Bowl on Nov. 5 at 6 p.m.

On Aug. 29, hundreds of new Wenatchee High School freshman flooded the hallways to get a taste of a day in the high school. Put on annually by the ASB, Ignite (freshman orientation) ran from noon-8:30 p.m. with the Frosh Fling dance to wrap up the day.
