Lights, pom-poms, and ribbons, oh my! Sweaters of all aptitudes were displayed today in Wenatchee High School for the final day of Winter Week: Ugly Sweater day.

Many students donned their jolly knitwear, providing a wide array of colors, patterns, and designs to kick off the start of the long-anticipated two weeks off.

“The new Star Wars movie just came out, so I thought it was fitting to wear this,” said Emerson Busse (11). The Darth Vader-inspired garment Busse sported featured motion-activated lights and of course, snowflakes and Christmas lights for that hint of festive flair.
