The Wenatchee girls bowling team took its first league loss of the season to West Valley Tuesday at Nob Hill Lanes in Yakima last night. West Valley defeated Wenatchee by a mere 13 pins.

The Panthers lost their first two games, but evened out the contest by winning the next two Baker games and rolling a 190 on one Baker game. However, it wasn’t enough to give Wenatchee the win as West Valley won, 3-2.
Junior Taylor Bitterman scored the team’s second 200 of the season with a roll of 204. Bitterman also combined forces with senior Delaney Yant to roll four strikes in a row during one of the Baker games.
Wenatchee will play again this afternoon against Eastmont at Eastmont Lanes.
