The Wenatchee High School Apple-Ettes dance team and the WHS Mariachi Huenachi group will perform at the Fiestas Mexicanas fiesta this weekend at Lincoln Park.

The event will run from 4-9 p.m. this Friday, and 2-9 p.m. this Saturday and will feature a wide variety of local artists. The Apple-Ettes will perform from 3:25 to 3:40 p.m. on Saturday, and Mariachi Huenachi will perform right afterwards from 3:40 to 4:25 p.m.

Fiestas Mexicanas is affiliated with the Wenatchee Valley Museum.

“We hope to show the culture of Mexico,” Fiestas Mexicanas chair Alejandra González said. “We’re bringing family events to the whole community.”
