The Wenatchee wrestling team kicked off its season with a loss in the first home meet against Moses Lake, 55-15, on Thursday, Dec. 1.

Junior Pedro Acevedo wrestled his first career varsity dual match ever and won over a tough Moses Lake competitor. Both team captains senior Ian Tamngin and sophomore Andrew Fritz had convincing wins.
