Wenatchee’s girls varsity soccer team fell to West Valley 2-0 in the district championship match last night.
Wenatchee still has a chance to make it to State with an upcoming game against Moses Lake at Wenatchee High School on Saturday, Nov. 5.
“We played well, even though we couldn’t get a point on the board, we still played our hearts out till the end,” senior Sophie Garrison said.
Despite the match being held away in West Valley, Wenatchee had a large crowd of more than 50 students cheering for their team.
