Wenatchee girls basketball takes down Selah
December 7, 2016
The Wenatchee girls varsity basketball team had a dominating on-the-road performance against Selah last night, winning 70-47.
Junior Alli Hallberg had 10 assists. Sophomore Skyler Walton played “unbelievable” defense in the third quarter, head coach Patrick Loftus said, allowing the Panthers to build on their lead.
“Those road games in winter conditions are always tough to get going for,” Loftus said. “They did a good job and they came out with good energy and were able to each quarter, build a little on the lead they had established.”
The Panthers will be playing Eastmont at home this Friday.
