Sophomore Olive Ryan is a first year staff reporter for apple leaf. In her free time, she enjoys eating immense amounts of canned mandarin oranges and petting her dogs. Olive plays seven instruments including violin, which she has been playing since she was three. She greatly admires Britney Spears for being the one and only queen of Pop, and is soon moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment and being a snake. Olive loves to write opinion pieces in Apple Leaf to spark lively arguments amongst her peers, and though she is moving, hopes to always be a part of journalism.
