With the year coming to a close, the senior editors of The Apple Leaf selected the editors for next year, with juniors Eduardo Ramos chosen as the Editor in Chief and Emily Cieslak as the new Managing Feature editor.

The Apple Leaf’s online newspaper was coordinated by junior Bryce Newberry this year, a position he will keep for next year. Other returning staff members will be junior Kiana Wilson as Opinion Editor, sophomore Evie Hyde as Sports Editor and Social Media Editor, sophomore Storrie Skalisky as Photo Editor, and junior Josey Meats as the Arts and Entertainment Editor.

New staff member junior Felicia Hannas was selected as News Editor.

The Apple Leaf adviser Dave Riggs said that he is excited for the next year. “I think [the new editors] are all really dedicated, and they all have their own niche,” said Riggs. “I think it’s going to be a good year next year.”
