Girls soccer team takes a loss against West Valley

Playing in 35 degree temperatures, the Wenatchee High School girls soccer team fell to West Valley with a final score of 5-0

West Valley scored two goals within the first 20 minutes of play.

Wenatchee is ranked second in its division.

Since Wenatchee lost, the Panthers will play on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Apple Bowl. They will be playing the Davis Pirates, ranked fourth, who beat Eastmont last night 2-1. If the Panthers win this game they will continue on and play the second ranked team out of the West Central District on a date later to be determined.
