September 21, 2016

The Wenatchee varsity volleyball team stomped host Davis in a commanding three-set victory last night.

The Panthers swept the Pirates aside in the first set, winning by 17 points. Junior Alli Hallberg helped the Panthers coast to a victory, collecting 16 kills and five aces on the night. Davis didn’t put up much more of a fight in the second set, losing 25-10. Junior Demary Sugg contributed to the win with 24 assists and three kills. Though the Pirates put together a spirited effort in the third set, the Panthers still pulled off a relatively comfortable 25-18 win.
