Seniors commandeer WHS parking lot

May 31, 2016

When you pull up to Wenatchee High School on a normal day, you would see the main parking lot full of orderly rows of student vehicles, routinely parked for the day. Today, however, was not a normal day.

The graduating class of 2016 brought trucks, grills, tables, a portable basketball hoop, and anything else you could think of in order to create the perfect senior prank. Seniors played pick-up games of basketball and volleyball before grabbing a bite to eat from the various grills that were manned by their fellow students.

School Resource Officer Brian Miller is overseeing the parking lot in order to make sure students are remaining safe.
