The Wenatchee High School Speech and Debate team was victorious once again Friday and Saturday in Spokane. The team brought home multiple honors despite only bringing a small group.

Senior Vivian Noyd took first in Open Extemporaneous speaking and second in Open Congressional Debate. Sophomore Xochilth Ortega placed second in Novice Interpretive Reading, sophomore Ethan Harris placed third in Open Ed Com and fourth in Novice Public Forum. Sebastian Pasion was a finalist in Open Congressional Debate and Original Oratory.
