The Wenatchee girls bowling team placed fourth out of four teams at the regionals bowling match this afternoon at Eastmont Lanes.

The Panthers will not be advancing to State as a team. However, one Wenatchee bowler, sophomore Jessica Holbrook, qualified for State as an individual.

Wenatchee also qualified three of its varsity bowlers in the All-League teams. Senior Delaney Yant made first team with an average of bowling 180 pins per game. Holbrook made the second team with an average of 164 pins per game. Junior Taylor Bitterman received honorable mention with an average of 157 pins per game.

The State championships will take place on Feb. 3-4 at Narrows Plaza Bowl in Tacoma.
