Wenatchee Valley Technical Center will host Valentine’s dinner

The Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center would like to invite you to their Valentine’s Day Chef’s Dinner featuring Chef Richard Kitos. For $30 each, the students will serve a four course meal that begins with appetizers, soup and risotto, and finishes with a “Triangle of Love” dessert plate. Entre choices are beef tenderloin with black peppercorn sauce, or halibut with puttanesca.
