The boys basketball team fell to Mead high school 41-74 on Dec. 1, falling to 0-1 to start their season. The Panthers fought hard, but a slew of three-pointers from Mead stretched the lead to over 20 points at half. “They caught fire on their threes and it was hard to keep with them” said senior guard Cass Riggan. The panthers remain positive however, and look to improve their record to .500 with a win over rival school Eastmont December 8.
