Kenzie Allen is a sophomore in her second year of Apple Leaf and is a staff reporter. During
school, she takes part in Wenatchee High School’s Golden Apple band, where she plays
trombone. She also spends her time socializing with friends, reading and eating her lunch
at every time but lunch. Outside of school, she enjoys going for bike rides, drawing and
being around friends. Something that’s very important to her in her everyday life is
music. When she is upset, happy, sad, excited and every other emotion, she uses music
to express it. She has always had an interest in writing, so when Apple Leaf was
