Michael Buehn, Staff Reporter
Michael is a 1st year Staff Reporter for the Apple Leaf. Michael Joined Apple Leaf because he was looking to be more involved his senior year. Although he aspires to be an engineer after highschool, he felt that being involved with the school newspaper would be a great experience. His goal is to meet as many people as he can his last year of high school and to make as many friends as possible. Michael is a three-year member of the varsity baseball team and a two-year member of the varsity football team. He is an active member of Younglife in Wenatchee, attending Malibu club this last summer. Michael is also largely involved with his youth group at Grace Lutheran Church, traveling to different parts of the country each summer to serve various communities. You can often catch Michael spacing off, thinking about the vast meaning of life or what he wants to eat. But don’t be fooled he is always willing to strike up a conversation about tired he is or how the Mariners are trying to win.
